"Crock Pot Burgers"

These burgers are so juicy you don't need ketchup.
Yield = 6 burgers
Zest Factor = Mild

6 hand-formed beef burger patties
2 cups Yellow Snow wine, or more as needed
2 cups beef broth, or more as needed


Heat a grill or oiled grill pan. When hot, sear burgers for about 2 minutes on each side. Arrange burgers in a slow cooker, and cover completely with equal amounts of wine and broth. Cook on low heat for 3 hours. Serve on buns with tomatoes and lettuce.
